Return Policy

Once order is made it cannot be canceled.

We accept returns of items in their original condition — unused, unworn, and unaltered — with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery and returned within 14 business days to us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (a 5% restocking fee applies) or as store credit.

• Please use a carrier of your choice to ship your return with a tracking number — we are not responsible for shipments lost or not delivered.

• Wash in cold water only, using a gentle and short cycle. You may also hand wash in cold water only – avoid prolonged soaking.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Prefer mild or eco-friendly detergents (do not use vinegar or baking soda).
• Avoid using hand soap or laundry gel.
• To dry, lay the swimsuit flat in the shade – do not hang.
